Formatting the Zendesk Ticket Grid

Sometimes after adding the ticket grid to either the Contact or Account, it will not appear as shown below.

We recommend putting the ticket grid web resource on its own tab of the Form.

You can edit the web resource to use more space.

  1. In the Form editor open up the web resource properties window.
  2. In the ‘Field Name and Properties’ section
    1. Uncheck the box to Display label on the form.
  3. On the Formatting Tab in the ‘Row Layout’ section
    1. Set the Number of Rows to 25.
