I am running SmartConnect System Maintenance and am receiving the following error message.
Error: Microsoft Dynamics Gp- An error occurred while Re-Registering ‘Real Time Event’ ‘Update’ for ‘Connector ‘SmartConnect Dynamics GP Connector”: Invalid object name ‘SC9400’.

This is due not having run the Dynamics GP Resource Cache. To be able to do this, you need to make sure you have installed the SmartConnect Dynamics GP Add-In. Please refer to the documentation for your version of SmartConnect for installing the Dynamics GP Add-In.

Once the Add-In is installed, you can to go Dynamics GP -> Tools -> SmartConnect -> GP Resource Cache. This will create/update the SC9XXX tables in the Dynamics System database. There should be 9 tables that begin with SC9XXX.

These are used in SmartConnect for creating Dynamics GP Real-Time and Dynamics GP Changes Only integrations. If they do not exist, SmartConnect can still be used to send data to Dynamics GP and read Dynamics GP Data using an ODBC Datasource.
