When publishing an eConnect node with NodeBuilder, receiving an error message that says “Database XXXX does not exist.  Make sure that the name is entered correctly.”  The XXXX is a partial name of the company

This is caused by having a dash in the company name. To work around the issue, you can edit the name inside of Microsoft Dynamics GP by going to Tools – Setup – Company – Company. Remove any dashes from the name, and then open NodeBuilder and publish your node.

After the node is published, you can place the dashes back into the company name.
