I am running an integration to create a Sales Order document and am getting the message Cannot insert the value null into column Print_Phone_NumberGB table TWO.dbo.SOP10200. It is not occurring for every sales document but just this particular one.

The issue is caused when the Primary Ship To Address specified on the import does not exist in the Customer’s Address list. You would need to add this address to the customer using Customer Maintenance.
