Tech Tuesday: SmartList Builder Call to Action
This week I want to shake things up a little bit with our Tech Tuesday. Instead of me telling you something great about what you can do with one of the eOne products, I want you to tell me what you are using SmartList Builder for. This includes SmartList Builder, Excel Report Builder, and Navigation List Builder.
You may be familiar with the Templates that we have available today for SmartList Builder. These include setups that mimic the default SmartLists available from Microsoft. If you aren’t familiar, here are the links to the downloads.
We are looking to release a more complete template library for SmartList Builder and want your input as to what we should include for you and others to import and use. It can be as simple as a list of what lists you have setup in SmartList Builder to something more difficult that you haven’t been able to figure out yet yourself.
So, if you have suggestions for new lists that we can setup and add to our template library or even better yet, have one setup that you love and want to share (we will of course give you credit), please e-mail them to us at productsuggestions@eonesolutions.com.

If you are using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013, you would want to use the SmartList Builder 2013 link. If you are using Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 or 2010, you would want to use the SmartList Builder 10/2010 link. Those links will bring you to a zip file containing all of the different templates available for that version. Each of the xml template files can be used to mimic the setup of that same default SmartList. For example, if you are looking to get a setup similar to the Sales Line Items on 2013, you would import the “Sales Line Items_2013_SLB.xml” file. Then you would have the setup in SmartList Builder to modify how you would like.
How do I know which template set to use?
