We are happy to let everyone know that new releases of Extender, SmartList Builder, SmartView, SmartPost, and Flexicoder have been posted.

A new release for each product is being posted for the Microsoft Dynamics GP October 2026 Release.  The releases have been tested and are only compatible with the Microsoft Dynamics GP October 2026 Release.  View our compatibility post here for more information on eOne’s compatibility with the Microsoft Dynamics GP October 2026 Release.

Extender:

The new Extender build we have posted is version 18.09.0157.

Here is what is included in the Release:

This release is a compatibility release for Extender 18.9. It allows Extender to be compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.9.xxxx. It will contain the same features/fixes as the Extender 18.8 build 18.08.0145 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.8 as well as the following problem report.

Problem Reports Fixed in Build 18.09.0157

  • CreateIndexesPerformance procedure leaves orphaned SQL connection
  • Boxes displaying around field names on column 2 of on extender window
  • Exporting a Window and importing it to another company only does the first 15 fields
  • Extender Detail window leaves orphaned SQL spids
  • Extender doesn’t register global actions (triggers) against forms with spaces in them
  • Calculated field in scrolling grid of Extender window does not work consistantly
  • Key fields for Sales Transaction Inquiry Zoom Line_Scroll do not default properly causing error
  • Extender Show Total breaks line total calculation
  • Deleting extender window does not delete fields in column 2
  • Extender Install and Upgrade Extender should have full row select for company list
  • Remove the Extender Solution ID from the Upgrade Extender window
  • Extender Enterprise Global Action Condition that restricts to an Account Number / Composite always returns true
  • Extender install should default the GP install path to the default GP instance

SmartList Builder:

The new SmartList Builder build we have posted is version 18.09.0070.

Here is what is included in the Release:

This release is a compatibility release for SmartList Builder 18.9. It allows SmartList
Builder to be compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.9.xxxx. It will contain the same
features/fixes as the SmartList Builder 18.8 build 18.07.0066 for Microsoft Dynamics GP
18.8 as well as the following fixes.

Problem Reports Fixed in Build 18.09.0070

  • A get/change operation on table ‘SLB_Goto_Temp’ has an incorrect record length
  • Using Droplist as Search Definition fails with error – Could not run file trigger script in Drill Down Builder
  • A couple of table checks can leave orphan sql connections
  • Add dex.ini switch for SLB_Goto_Temp table to be SQL or ctree
  • SLB doesn’t always update favorite tracking record if you execute SmartList when tracking window is open
  • Set Field Options to use Decimal Places Based on field doesn’t always show correct decimals
  • GenerateDecimalPlaces processes the same table/field combination if same formatting field is used

SmartView:

The new SmartView build we have posted is version 18.9.44.  SmartView External does not have a new build.  The previously released build 2.0.74 is compatible.

Here is what is included in the Internal Release:

This release is a compatibility release for SmartView 18.9.  It allows SmartView to be compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.9.xxxx.  It will contain the same features/fixes as the SmartView 18.8 build 18.8.43 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.8 as well as the following fixes.

Problem Reports Fixed in Build 18.9.44

  • If you use the “Sales Aged Trial Balance” and click the “Show Details” checkbox, when you export it to Excel, the details are missing.
  • Search with a specific combination of letters and numbers fails to find the record.
  • Updating the E1REG table can leave an open SQL connection
  • Filter value corrupted if filter contains number char followed by s or m

SmartPost:

The new SmartPost build we have posted is version 18.9.19.0.  

Here is what is included in the Releases:

This release is a compatibility release for SmartPost 18.9. It allows SmartPost to be
compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.9.xxxx. It will contain the same
features/fixes as the SmartPost 18.8 build 18.8.18.0 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.8 as
well as the following fix.

Problem Reports Fixed in Build 18.9.19.0

  • Updating the E1REG table can leave an open SQL connection

Flexicoder:

The new Flexicoder build we have posted is version 18.09.0065.  

Here is what is included in the Release:

This release is a compatibility release for Flexicoder 18.9. It allows Flexicoder to be
compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.9.xxxx. It will contain the same
features/fixes as the Flexicoder 18.8 build 18.08.0054 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.8.
