Starting on 1 June 2024, pricing for SmartConnect subscriptions and Popdock subscriptions have changed, including the prices and what is included in each plan:

  • Existing customers on a SmartConnect or Popdock subscription will be moved to the new pricing at their next renewal after 1 June 2024.
  • Purchases for new subscriptions will now reflect the updated pricing.
  • eOne iPaaS plans, which bundle SmartConnect and Popdock subscriptions at a reduced single price, are now available for purchase.
  • New Essential & Advanced Support Plans for both SmartConnect and Popdock subscribers are now available.

Most importantly: eOne is NOT retiring any of its products. In fact, eOne has made a commitment to GP customers by investing in their product suite for the next 10 years! (Read more here in our pricing announcement).
