Starting on 1 June 2024, pricing for SmartConnect subscriptions and Popdock subscriptions have changed, including the prices and what is included in each plan:
- Existing customers on a SmartConnect or Popdock subscription will be moved to the new pricing at their next renewal after 1 June 2024.
- Purchases for new subscriptions will now reflect the updated pricing.
- eOne iPaaS plans, which bundle SmartConnect and Popdock subscriptions at a reduced single price, are now available for purchase.
- New Essential & Advanced Support Plans for both SmartConnect and Popdock subscribers are now available.
Most importantly: eOne is NOT retiring any of its products. In fact, eOne has made a commitment to GP customers by investing in their product suite for the next 10 years! (Read more here in our pricing announcement).

Reminder of 1 July Pricing Update: Renewal Options for SmartConnect, SmartList Builder, & SmartView AEP
(For customers who have been on a perpetual license)
Also, don’t forget about the upcoming transition for AEP customers on 1 July:
- Customers currently on a SmartConnect Perpetual AEP (either for SmartConnect perpetual or an 8-year SmartConnect license) will be transitioned to a SmartConnect On-Premise subscription, which includes all the same AEP-type benefits they are used to. These customers can also upgrade to a full SmartConnect Business or Premium subscription with a significant transition discount.
- Customers currently on a SmartList Builder or SmartView Perpetual License will be transitioned to a Popdock subscription with a grandfathered transition discount.
