For SmartConnect Perpetual Customers who are LAPSED on their Annual Maintenance
- A Three-year Discount!
- 30% discount for three years on the Business or Premium subscription. The client does not need to get current to qualify for this offer.
Promotion Benefits include:
- Price lock for three years at a discounted rate! SmartConnect pricing changes are coming in 2024.
- We will match their current connection count on the Business or Premium subscription.
- For Example: If they have 15 connections right now, we will give them 15 connections in their Business subscription. If they want to add more later, they need to move to the Premium tier.

A: Yes. You can pre-pay annually for their Popdock and/or SmartConnect subscription plans.
Q: Is there a commitment with these promos?
A: Yes. A 36-month commitment is required.
Q: Is this promo available for customers on an existing subscription of SmartConnect, SmartList Builder, or Popdock?
A: Unfortunately, these offers are only available for customers who are or have most recently been on a SmartConnect, SmartList Builder, or SmartView perpetual license.
Q: When is the deadline for customers to opt in?
A: Customers must opt-in by 31 March 2024.
Is eOne ditching on-premise software?
No! This is a transition on the license type, and we are actively enhancing both our on-premise and cloud product. You will retain access to your current on-premise solution with no interruptions to current functionality.
