We want you to be aware of some pricing updates at eOne Solutions that will be taking effect in Summer 2023.
Starting May 1st, 2023
SmartConnect is no longer available for purchase under perpetual licensing. This does not mean that the SmartConnect on-premise is going away. We continue to add functionality to our on-premise SmartConnect solution and understand the importance of this solution in the market.

Starting July 10, 2023
eOne Solutions will be increasing the price of professional services and support hours. We have kept our services rate steady for the past 8 years, and it is now time for a small increase. eOne continues to invest in our delivery and support teams to ensure the success of our partners and customers.
Below is the pricing that will go live on the eOne shop on July 10th:

Some important things to note:
- Beginning on July 10, 2023, all estimates on professional services and support will reflect the above pricing on the eOne Shop.
- Professional services estimates created and delivered to eOne customers prior to July 10, 2023, must be accepted by July 31, 2023 for the pricing included in that estimate to be honored.
- These changes are reflected in our Q3 Price List, which you can see here.
