Dynamics 365 v9 and SmartConnect
Currently SmartConnect Real-time triggers will not work with Dynamics 365 if you are using V9.0. The reason for this is that Dynamics 365 v9.0 has a plug-in architecture which is not allowing calls to any port outside of port 80. SmartConnect is typically installed on 5557.
We are working with Microsoft on a timeframe for when they may offer a fix to make calls to other ports or what we can do to make it work. In the meantime you will want to look at using a change datasource (or bulk) to integrate with Dynamics 365 V9.0.
If you are not using Dynamics 365 V9.0, the Real-time triggers will still work.
This is applicable with any release of SmartConnect.

its now end of the April 2018 and it is still not resolved. so can you please share the ETA??? as our clients are moving to other integration solutions.
