Troubleshooting: Why Can’t I Edit My SmartList Builder Report?

In this video, we will explain why you may not be able to edit your SmartList Builder report. The issue is almost always that the SmartList was created by a 3rd party customization and therefore cannot be modified or found in the SmartList Builder tables, but it is possible that this is due to the SmartList ID starting with a period.  We will also explain how to navigate the error: SmartList ID cannot begin with a period.
