SmartConnect Successfully Runs But Exports No Data Due to Hidden LineFeed (LF) Characters

In this video, we troubleshoot a SmartConnect integration where an Excel source file previews correctly and the map reports success, but no data is exported to the destination file. The issue is traced to hidden LF (Line Feed) characters in the CustomerNumber key field, which prevented SmartConnect from properly grouping and matching document records.

We walk through the testing process, identify the hidden characters using Notepad++, correct the source data, and confirm the integration processes are successful afterward.
