Adding a User Variable to a List

In this video, Joe will show you how to add a user variable to a list. You would do this if you want to look at one specific invoice data.  Using this user variable method, the list requires a value to be entered so that it can set the restriction and query for a specific set of data restrictions and not have to pull back all data. This will allow your users to enter a value right away to allow the query to run, saving you time when finding the value on a list.
