Zendesk Integration Training for Beginners

To resolve tickets efficiently, your Zendesk Support Agents need access to detailed data about your customer’s interactions. In almost all cases, these details live in a variety of systems outside of Zendesk, such as CRM, ERP, HR, or your home-grown systems. About the training

In this 1-hour training, eOne will cover how Zendesk customers can configure two-way real-time integration between Zendesk and their core ERP and CRM-related applications using the Popdock platform & Zendesk apps.

What we'll cover

More specifically, we’ll walk through the no-code, flexible setup to:

  • Connect to your ERP, CRM, cloud and on-premises apps.
  • Configuring options for how you want to present and display external data in Zendesk
  • Configuring actions, such as auto-populating Zendesk data or allowing agents to update a status to another system.
  • Showing CRM data and related details in Zendesk
  • Showing invoices and payment details from your ERP

At the end of the training, you’ll leave with a plan and an understanding of how to deliver your custom Zendesk integrations. Put yourself in control to manage changes and your next requirements.
