Zendesk and Dynamics 365: Sales and Support – You Can’t Have One Without the Other!

A Zendesk agent that does not have access to critical Dynamics 365 data cannot provide the best service. Limiting how well your support team can do their job is dumb. Good news is, you are smart, and going to fix that.
