SmartConnect Integration Bootcamp in April 2020 will be hosted online
Are you working from home and considering the best approach for your next integration project? We’d like to help make that a success, all while you’re #socialdistancing and working remotely.
Considering the unfortunate Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, we’ve decided to make our next SmartConnect bootcamp virtual, meaning we’ll host it entirely online on April 14th – 17th.
Like we do with other SmartConnect bootcamps, we’ll provide a solid introduction to the integration options, best practices for design, and with this one, all our examples and use cases will be based around integrating with Microsoft Dynamics GP. We will also take a look at how you can use eOne’s integration templates as starting point or reference point for your next project.
As always, the price is $1400 for the first registrant, and 50% for each additional registrant. Click here to register.
Here the planned agenda for the four-day bootcamp:
Day 1:
SmartConnect overview and setup
Building integrations to Dynamics GP master records
Building integration to Dynamics GP GL Transaction
Day 2:
Building integration to Dynamics GP AP transaction
Building integration to multiple GP companies
Building integrations from multiple source files
Day 3:
Excel Add in
Changes Only integrations
Day 4:
Install/upgrade process
Real Time integrations
Open Q&A
Again, the price is $1400 for the first registrant, and 50% for each additional registrant. We’d also recommend taking a look at our course description and discounts available. Everyone brings a different perspective to the training, so this is encouraged!
This virtual 4-day SmartConnect Bootcamp will be hosted on April 14th – 17th and the link to sign-up is here.
Let us know if you have any questions, and we look forward to you joining us online!
The description says four days but when you give the dates it only two days. Which is correct?
Hi Kimberly,
This class will be four days with four-hour sessions. Our bootcamps are typically two days and in person but since we are offering this bootcamp remotely, we decided shorter sessions make more sense. We’ve updated the graphic.
How many hours each day will the class be? Also, any details of how you will be doing this online (what software will you use, how will the students interact with the instructor, etc.)?
Hi Jennifer. The class will be four day for four hours, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Central Time. We\’ll be hosting the meeting via GoToWebinar. This will enable the instructor to share his screen as well as view your screen should you need assistance. You can dial in via phone or use your computer audio.
I have registered, but don’t see how to register a co-worker at the discounted price.
Hi There,
We have not purchased Smart Connect, but plan to purchase soon. Will the class provide virtual environments to work on the product, or is it expected we will work in our local environments?
Thanks,
Ken
Hi Ken. Yes, we provide attendees with a virtual environment.
