Meet us at Summit 2025 Conference Events
Our team is ready to network. If you’re taking advantage of the pre-planned events, like the opening reception or AI Business Solutions Bash, we’ll see you there.
Opening Reception
Join us and the rest of the conference at the Opening Reception on 10/20 from 6 – 8 pm. We’ll be there on the conference floor at booth #1807, ready to meet new partners and catch up with old friends.
AI Business Solutions Bash
Join us at the closing ceremony on 10/22 from 7 pm – 9 pm to bookend the conference. Join us for an evening of fun while we celebrate another great year of Community Summit.

If you’re pressed for time and can’t move far away from the conference floor, our team can still meet with you! Whether you come to see our setup at booth #1807 or visit us in the lounge, we’ll make it work.
Lounge Area
Do you need a break from the conference to sit for a while? Let’s chat in the lounge area! We’re happy to meet you in booth #221 for a casual meeting and take a well-deserved load off.
Rotunda
If you can only meet for a minute or two, but need to get away from the conference noise, let’s take a step away and catch up in the rotunda. It’s the perfect place for a quick chat without going too far from the exhibit hall.

If you’ve got time to kill, let’s grab a bite! From casual breakfast to upscale dinner, the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center has a multitude of restaurants to choose from, perfect for every mood.
Breakfast & Quick Coffee Meetings
More of a morning person and ready to hit the ground running? Let’s get breakfast! We can take a seat at the casual Emerald Bay Café & Market to satisfy our breakfast needs.
If you’re in a rush, we can swing by The Cocoa Bean Coffee House to grab a cup of your favorite caffeinated beverage and a quick bite.
Lunchtime
Do you need to take a step away from the conference for an afternoon break? Let’s have lunch at SandBar. We can dine on traditional American cuisine right in view of the pool for a little taste of paradise.
Light Apps & Drinks
Feeling peckish and ready to unwind? Let’s visit Socio, an upscale, Cuban-inspired lounge and bar. We can talk about business while enjoying tapas and their famous specialty drinks.
Casual Dinner
Let’s decompress and grab dinner in a casual atmosphere. Wreckers Sports Bar is the perfect place to watch the game while networking with new partners.

If you enjoy the finer things in life, let’s have dinner at Old Hickory Steakhouse. Complete with rare cheeses and crafted cocktails, this steakhouse is sure to impress.
Feeling something a little fresher? Let’s grab a bite to eat at MOOR for fresh seafood and a nautical atmosphere. They partner with local fishmongers to bring only the best meals to the table.
