When attempting to select a NAV Page service in the destination area of a Map you receive the message “Unable to retrieve the Map Lines for the selected service. Not a valid destination NAV Page Service”.
As the message indicates the Service Page is not a valid service you can use as a destination and you will need to select a NAV Page service that is valid.
In the example below, I have selected the Item List (31) NAV Service Page and SmartConnect confirms we cannot use this in the destination by displaying the message below.
To correct this, I select the correct Item Card (30) NAV Service page, which you can see is valid and the Map lines are now available.
