When setting up an OAuth connection to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, receiving an error that says “The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URL configured for the application” The error message appears in the browser window and looks like this:

If you are using any version of SmartConnect 21, the redirect URL you should be using should show up in the user interface, just copy the URL from the user interface when you setup the connection as shown below. NOTE: Do NOT use this exact URL, you need to use whatever URL shows up when you configure the connection on your own system.
