While running the SmartConnect Excel Add-in, receiving the following error: 
The 2010 versions of SmartConnect no longer store the maps in company databases. All the maps are now stored in the SmartConnect database. The add-in no longer needs the database to be passed in, that row should be removed so there are only 3 rows of entries: 
The add-in will then work with just specifying the map id, sheet name, and web service URL.
