When using SmartConnect to import eXtender Notes, the Note text is being truncated at 255 characters.
This will be resolved in the next release of SmartConnect. Currently to correct the issue you need to run this SQL script against all your company databases. After running the script, the Note field length will be set to 8000 and the import will run correctly. You can download the SQL query here
