When using SmartConnect to import a transaction, receiving an error that says Debits do not equal Credits. When looking at the information in Excel it looks balanced.
Change the formatting of the columns in your Excel file where the debits and credits are stored. Typically the columns are only showing the first 2 digits of the cents portion. Once you display all characters you may find that you have cents beyond the second position that cause the transaction to be out of balance.
