To run a SmartConnect integration twice with the ‘Run Integration Task’ option, you will need to set up a duplicate integration and reference the duplicated integration in the original integration. In this article, I will outline how to do this step by step.

  1. To start, clone the integration you would like to run twice. This can be done by clicking the drop-down menu on the integration and clicking ‘Clone Process’. Make sure to name the cloned integration something easy to find again and also make sure the ‘Use Current Source’ box is checked.

  2. Once the Second integration is created, open the original integration and navigate to the Tasks tab.

  3. Create a new task with the following options filled in:
Name: Give the task any name that you would like.
    Type: Run Integration.
Stage: Integration Post Success Tasks (You can choose Post Failure Tasks but if the first integration failed, it would likely fail again.)
Integration To Run: Select the integration that was cloned in step 1 above.

  4. Save the new task.

Now the second integration will run after the original integration was successful!
