How to Purchase SmartConnect

Here are the steps to purchase or create a quote for SmartConnect from eOne’s website:  

  1. Go to www.eonesolutions.com and select the Sign In button at the top, right-hand side of the screen.
  2. Be sure that eOne Portal is marked and select Sign In.
  3. Enter your email and password and select Sign In.
  4. Select the Shop tab at the top of the page and then select the SmartConnect tab.
  5. Select your license type: Basic, Business, or Premium. 
  6. Select how long you would like to purchase for by clicking on the monthly button and choosing: Monthly, Prorate, 1-year with a 5% discount, 2-years with an 8% discount, and 3-years with a 12% discount. 
  7. Select your product support in step 2.
  8. Select your training in step 3 and click Add to Cart.
  9. If you want to delete an item, click the X to the left of that item.
  10. To create a quote:
    1. Select the Create Quote button.
    2. Enter in the email address to send the quote to and select Send Quote.
  11. To create an invoice and pay:
    1. Select Checkout and choose your method of payment (preferably credit card).
    2. Select Place Order and you will receive: a paid invoice if processed with credit card or an invoice to pay if check/wire was selected.
  12. After your purchase, you will download SmartConnect and grab your registration keys.
