When installing SmartConnect we are getting the error message, SQL script parse error: invalid syntax. The install then rolls back all actions. We have tried installing several versions of SmartConnect with the same results on each one.

In this case the user was entering a SmartConnect user password that contained a single quote (‘). When we removed the single quote from the password, the install worked as expected.
