Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Attempting to start the “eOne SmartConnect Service” in Windows and receiving an error that says, “Error 1068: The dependency or group failed to start.”


Make sure that the user you have configured to start the “eOne SmartConnect Service” is an administrator in SmartConnect.  Also make sure that the domain nameusername matches EXACTLY between the two configuration windows.
