When launching SmartView some or all of my default Dynamics GP SmartLists appear to be missing, how do I resolve this?
Do the following to refresh the lists of available SmartLists in SmartView.
1. Login to GP as the “sa” user
2. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP – Tools – SmartView – SmartList Maintenance
3. When this window is open, click, on the “Maintenance” drop down menu and select “Refresh SmartLists”
4. Let the process finish, then log out of Dynamics GP and log back in again, and the missing SmartLists should show up in SmartView
