Call Tracking Template for Extender


Form Name: Call Tracking

Form ID: CALL_TMP

Solution: Call Tracking Template

The Call Tracking form will track the service calls that are taken. It will track such things as the issue, the technician on the call, the hours and rate to bill. The Notes button opens a notes Extra Window that can be used to track notes.

Form Name: Equipment

Form ID: EQUIPMENT_TMP

Solution: Call Tracking Template

The Equipment form will track the equipment that is owned. It will track such things as the Item, the customer that is using them, the address, and the information for where it serviced.

The Office form will track the Offices that you have.

 Form Name: Problems

Form ID: PROBLEMS_TMP

The Problems form will track the Problem Types that can be used for the service calls.

The Service Area form will track the Service Areas that are setup to be used for the service calls.

The Technician form will track the Technicians available to do the service calls.
