Accessing your SmartConnect.com environment after purchasing on behalf of your customer at the eOne Shop


Our resellers have the opportunity to purchase SmartConnect.com subscription plans on behalf of their customers at the eOne Shop.  Once purchased, following are the steps to access the environment for the first time:

1. Log in on the eOne website.  
2. Under My Account, select Renewals/Keys.


3.  While in the Renewals/Keys, scroll down to the SmartConnect.com section.




4.  If you’re a partner, select the partner sign-in link.  This will spin up the environment, allow you to pick which Microsoft Azure region you’d like SmartConnect.com to run in, and if you’re the partner paying eOne Solutions on behalf of your customer, you’ll also be able to view the invoices for your monthly billing.



5. Next, add your users to SmartConnect.com, linked in this help article here.

6.  At this point, you should be able to click “Log in to app” and start integrating.
