User permissions has all connectors checked. The GP connector has all checked. Can run maps is checked. User gets error when trying to run map to import to SOP.

They aren’t trying to “run a map” they are trying to “open a map and then press the run button”.
The permission error happens because they double click the map in the window which opens to Edit which fails because they don’t have the “Create or change map” permission.
To run a map, they should just select the map in the List and press the “Run Map” button on the toolbar.
