Have a user when attempting to run an import with SmartConnect it is not bringing in the general journal entry. This is happening on the user’s workstation. When that same user uses the Terminal Server installation that same map works fine. The workstation and the Terminal Server have the same version installed. SmartConnect Version 20.11.11.72 Any suggestions on how to correct this situation? Regards, Kevin

Kevin,

You don't get an error when sending the data from the user's workstation?  I assume this is going against Dynamics GP 2010 or is it GP 10?  Can you look at the Event Viewer on the user's workstation and see if there are any errors in the SmartConnect Event Log?
