Wennsoft Rental Agreement

Hi Guys,

Can you tell me…does extender work with Wennsoft?

When I try adding windows I see no Additional Menu.

Extender should work fine with Wennsoft as there are a lot of customers using both together. If you aren’t seeing the Additional Menu, the first thing I would check is security. You should see them automatically if you are logged in as ‘sa’ or another poweruser, but any other user wouldn’t see the Extender windows until Security is given.

Hi Nicole, cannot see them logged on as SA…could it be because the window has .net mods?

It is possible that the modifications are not allowing it to show up. Most modifications won’t affect Extender windows and they will still show, but it is possible. The other thing I would check is can you create an Extender window on another WennSoft window that isn’t modified or can you remove the modification and does it work?
