Why would I be receiving the following error when a realtime map from GP 2013 to CRM 2013 runs?
“Web service call failed:
The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.”
SmartConnect v.20.14.1.25

Jon,
Can’t say that I’ve seen that happen on a realtime request before but then again, surely would be possible.
I would suspect this article is relevant.

Justin replied 7 years ago I see this same error in the SmartConnect event viewer. Currently I only have one real time map setup to sync GP Items to CRM. No Excell addin in use.
Web service call failed:
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
Any ideas on how to trouble shoot?
