Upgrade To Extender Enterprise

Are there any directions anywhere on this process? We have purchased the Enterprise key and curently use Extender, but there were no instructions or processes included.
I see on this forum the steps another user took:
1.We uninstalled GP Extender from GP.
2.We installed the Extender Enterprise.
3.We logged in as sa and let it create the new tables in each DB.
4.We ran the script (convert Microsoft eXtender tables back to eOne.sql) to drop and recreate sql objects.
Are these the proper steps? There are also then scripts that are needed…which DB do you run them against?
