Unable to open the Extender node in a new company

We’re unable to open the node for an extender window in a specific company.
 
The extender was created and data is in there so we don’t know why Smarctonnect is unable to find the extender window.  it is working in other companie and extender windows were copied from that company.
 
We’ve run the maintenance in smartconnect.
 
need help.
