Unable to open some transactions with security privileges error

User has a Smart List favorite under Sales > Sales Line Items, and queries by Item Number.  Results return a list of all sales orders, which she can double-click to go to the Sales Transaction Inquiry Zoom, most of the time.  Occasionally she will receive an error message when trying to link from Smartlist indicating she does not have privileges.  She can manually open the same document from the window directly without issue.  The message reads:
“You Don’t have security privileges to open this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance. Security Access Denied to Window: RM_Transaction_Inquiry (Receivables Transaction Inquiry – Customer) in Dictionary 0 (Microsoft Dynamics GP).”
I have confirmed user has rights, and the issue may have only started appearing since a recent upgrade from GP 2010 to GP 2013 R2, current Smart List version 12.00.1722.

Is this the standard Dynamics GP SmartList or was it created using SmartList Builder? If the SmartList was not created using SmartList Builder or modified with SmartList Builder then you will need to put this on a Dynamics GP forum.
eOne does not create/develop the SmartList product.
