Unable to login to add new user
I am a new user in this GP/SmartConnect environment. I need to add myself as an admin however I am unable to access SmartConnect (since I am new to the company). How can I add myself as a SmartConnect user in order to access the software?

There are two ways this can be fixed.

There are two ways this can be fixed.
- Have an existing user in SmartConnect add you as an admin.
- If you have access to the SmartConnect database you can “re-purpose” an existing admin account by changing the AdUser field in the User table in the SmartConnect database to your active directory user.
