Unable to login to add new user

I am a new user in this GP/SmartConnect environment.  I need to add myself as an admin however I am unable to access SmartConnect (since I am new to the company).  How can I add myself as a SmartConnect user in order to access the software?

There are two ways this can be fixed.

  1. Have an existing user in SmartConnect add you as an admin.

  2. If you have access to the SmartConnect database you can “re-purpose” an existing admin account by changing the AdUser field in the User table in the SmartConnect database to your active directory user.
