Transfer Price List from GP to CRM

Hi all,
I’m about to create a map in smart connect to move the current price list over from GP to CRM.
Our company creates up to 4 new price lists a year, and I only want CRM to have the latest version of the main price list. So if someone creates a new price list that is valid for the upcoming 4 months in GP I would like CRM to recognize this update and overwrite the previous price list with the new one.
Any ideas on how to approach this problem?
