Transactions excluded from Smart View

Hi,

I have a Smart View that is excluding transactions from a view.

I have checked that the transaction exist and when I look at the same list in Smart List the entries are shown!!! Has anyone heard of this happening before? If so, what was the outcome and did you need to change any settings within the view?

SmartView should return the same data as SmartList for the default lists. Which list are you viewing in SmartView? Also, what build of SmartView do you have installed? If you are using GP 2013, I would verify that you are using build 23. If you aren’t, I would update to it and make sure it recreates the Views. What type of data is missing from it? Nicole
