We upgraded our db server over the weekend and now receive error …Transaction not connected, or was disconnected

Wow, 4 years ago…was this error ever resolved? Would like to hear what the fix was. Thank you!

I’d like to know if this was ever resolved as well. AFter upgrading to the lastest smart connect, we’ve gotten this error on some maps as well while importing them.

Hi All,
I ran into this issue and found that the drive with the transaction log for the SmartConnect database was full. Once I freed up some space I was able to connect to SmartConnect as usual.
