Total field not calculating right figure

Hello,
Our customer is on Dynamics GP 2013 (12.00.1745 (R2)). We created Extender form with scrolling grid window and a Total Field.
The total field is correctly summing up all the detail lines if we continue entering the item lines BUT if user delete lines from the scrolling window, no doubt the total reduce accordingly, but after user click to save the form and later re-open the form, the TOTAL figure is showing a figure that we are not sure how it was computed.
Is there any way we can refresh the window so that the total figure is recomputed all over again?
