When trying to set up a real time folder data source in SC this error shows up in the event log whenever I place a file in that folder. Has anyone run into this before? If so what wound up being the solution? I’ve tried messing with some things in the local group policy to no avail.

Daniel,
SmartConnect real-time folder data source does not work correctly at this time. The windows components used to trigger it real-time do not operate consistently when used by SmartConnect.
What we suggest is scheduling the folder data source map. The map will check if any documents are in the source folder on a predefined schedule and process them if available.
