Stored Procedures Missing from Production, but exist in Fabrikam, Inc.

We recently added Smart Connect and we cannot update the extender window in our production environment, because the stored procedures relating to Extender do not exist in our production database.

I can export the Extender Window from production, import to Fabrikam and the Smart Connect map works, so Smart Connect does not appear to be the source of the problem.

How can we created the needed Stored Procedures in our production database?
