Stored procedure ‘taUpdateCreateItemRcd’ does not exist

LBarr asked 9 years ago
I'm trying to run a map that imports new inventory-type items from an Excel file, and I keep getting the error "The stored procedure 'taUpdateCreateItemRcd' does not exist."

However, I can see the stored procedure in the database, so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message.

The user running the map has admin security in SmartConnect, and the sysadmin role in SQL.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You are pushing the data from Excel or are you pulling it by running the map in Smart Connect?

The user who needs access in SQL is the user assigned to the eConnect service where you are executing the map.  If the map is being pushed from Excel then it's going to be the machine where the web service is installed.  If the map is being pulled using the Smart Connect UI, then the eConnect service is on the machine where Smart Connect is running.
