Stored Procedure Error

One of my customers is running a map with an Extender destination. She is getting a “Could not find stored procedure ‘ExtenderFormTemplateFieldExists’ error on the map. I only see a ‘ExtenderDetailFormTemplateFieldExists’ sproc in the company database.

Which version of SmartConnect are they using? Have they recently upgraded to GP2013 or newer?
On SmartConnect 2013 or newer, go to the Admin menu and click on Upgrade Extender. This will then create the new Extender Stored Procedures for integrations.
