Stopped service

Hi team,

We are having an issue with the smart connect service, some times we found the service stopped causing problems with the integration, that happened suddenly.

We have GP2018 RTM, SmartConnect 20.18.1.14

Please help.

The service name is… eConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 Integration Service.

Julia,

The eConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP XXXX Integration Service is part of the GP product not SmartConnect. SmartConnect utilizes this GP service for importing data. If you are unsure why the reocord is failing, I recommend checking the Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > eConnect, on the machine where the service is stopping.
