SmartConnect service fails with "Out of memory" erorr

seems like its been already reported but I just want to report that since upgrade to the latest version (v 20.18.0.9) we’ve started to have “eOne SmartConnect Service” Windows service to fail periodically.
There is the msg from Windows Event log:
An invalid or incomplete configuration was used while creating a SessionFactory. Check PotentialReasons collection, and InnerException for more detail. Exception of type ‘System.OutOfMemoryException’ was thrown.
I know its not much but that is all diagnostic info I have.
We have not deployed any new maps since our SC upgrade and have never experienced this issue before.
Upon manual service restart SC works just fine.
Please advise.
