SmartConnect Service fails to start
About 2 weeks ago something happened such that the eOne SmartConnect ervice fails to start on the server. It hangs with a status of “Start Pending”.
I have terminated the service in Task Manager and attempted to restart the service manually – same result.
I have rebooted the server – same result
I changed the start up behavior to manual. Rebooted the server. Waited until all other services were loaded. Then attempted to start the service – same result
I have reset the login credentials – same result
I have attempted with an administrator account – same result.
Anything I can try?
