SmartConnect hung – record is currently being edited by another user
We had an issue yesterday with our storage. This seems to have put SmartConnect in a hung state. The error when I try to manually run the map is “This record is currently being edited by another user.” We have rebooted the server and I have specifically restarted the SmartConnect service. Any ideas on how to fix this so I can run my map again?

Go to Map | Activity to open the SmartConnect Activity window.
select the record and press the – button on the right to delete the activity record.
now you can use the map again

Thank you! That fixed my problem.
This is okay, but not an actual solution to why things continually get hung up in the activity window.
