Smartconnect Error: Failed to connect to the microsoft crm server

Hi, We have faced an issue with smartconnect when we try to insert into CRM, not always, but we usually get a message error:
“Failed to connect to the Microsoft CRM 2011 Server” and when we review the detail log, we found this:
Failed to gen CRM 2011 Organizations: SOAP security negotiation with URL/Discovery.svc failed
CRM Server is On Premise and the version is 2015
